Happy Earth Day 🌏

Today seems the perfect time to mention what we are doing to reduce our carbon footprint & work towards being a net zero training provider.

Currently we:
- Are a paperless training provider, providing online registration, First Aid manuals, assessments & E-Certificates.

- Offer a bandage swap scheme where individuals can bring our of date first aid resources, such as bandages, dressings etc to us & we will take them to use for training, replacing them for in-date stock to go back into their first aid kit

- Using local, sustainable suppliers for our consumable, where possible

- Offset carbon emissions by planting tress through Carbon Netural Britain

- Provide blended training to reduce travel to training venues for some of our courses

- Offer training at your site to reduce the number of individuals travelling additional distances for training

- Have access to a team of trainers nationwide, to reduce long distance travel across the UK

- Use a green energy provider for our HQ

Moving forwards we will be:
- Providing more environmentally friendly first aid kits

- Increasing our contribution to offsetting carbon emissions as we grow

- Investing in renewable energy to power our HQ

- Looking to source even more stock from local, sustainable suppliers.
