I know the first step into therapy can feel daunting. “Who will be sitting on the other side of the room?” So let me tell you a little about me.

I’m Lauren, a psychologist and the person you’ll meet if you choose Maple Leaf Therapy. I’m warm, down-to-earth, and a little bit of a perfectionist when it comes to making sure my clients feel heard. I use CBT to help untangle the patterns that keep you stuck, but I never forget that you’re more than a diagnosis or a list of symptoms.

Outside of work, I’m an artist, a runner, a mother, and someone who finds joy in the simple rituals of everyday life. I bring that same perspective into therapy: noticing the small details, celebrating small wins, and helping people reconnect with what makes life meaningful.
