A Neuro Workout in Penarth 💜

In April, we were delighted to welcome Ian from Rise who led a fantastic multi-sport session at our Memory and Movement Café.

With a mix of rugby, volleyball, tennis and hockey, our teams got stuck in — with Team Sunshine taking the win over Team Moonshine by 10 points! 🌟

We were also joined by Cari from the NHS Neuro Rehab team and Ruth from the Alzheimer's Society Cymru, who spent time chatting with attendees and offering valuable support and advice.

In April, we had the pleasure of meeting Mark, the new manager at The Cherry Orchard Pub – alongside two of our supporting PCSOs. Mark gave us a warm welcome and is passionate about bringing the community together to have fun and make new friendships.

With the Easter holidays, numbers were a little quieter, but we’re looking forward to a full house on 14th May ✨
