💃 Creative Dance at Parkinson’s Support – Dinas Powys

We recently joined the Parkinson’s Support Group in Dinas Powys for a fun and uplifting creative dance session led by Maris from Rubicon Dance. Moving to music supports flexibility and well-being for people living with Parkinson’s.

The group meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 2pm at The Murchfield Community Centre, Dinas Powys.
