Antenatal Education - Prepare for Birth & Baby

Are you pregnant and wanting to prepare for a positive birth experience?

Would you like to learn about labour and birth and life with a newborn?

Would you like to get your partner involved and learn together how best to support you?

Understanding the many ways that labour and birth can unfold and being armed with the knowledge to make your own informed decisions during pregnancy, labour and birth can have a huge impact on you, your partner and the way your birth unfolds.

Research has shown that when you are in the driving seat, making your own informed decisions, it will lead to a positive birth experience, however birth may unfold.

Knowledge gives you confidence, knowledge gives you power.

I run informative, fun, friendly, relaxed classes for expectant Mums and their birth partners. Think NCT but with all the lovely LushTums ethos. It’s a great place to voice your concerns, have meaningful discussions and meet other local couples expecting around the same time as you.

You can aim to attend from around 24/28 weeks, although it’s suitable for anytime, it’s never too late to get informed.

💫 Yoga for you where Baby comes too 💫

Bookings are now open for my Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga classes starting January 6th & 7th.

It’s a 6 week block where you can work on your recovery from pregnancy and birth, bond with your baby, regain strength and fitness, build confidence and meet other local new Mums and Babies.

I know it can be daunting stepping into your first class especially taking your new baby along, but I promise a friendly, welcoming atmosphere where you and your baby are made to feel welcome just as you are.

Your weekly dose of zen while riding the waves of new motherhood. 🙏🏼💕

Real friendships are formed at my classes. I’ve seen it time and time again 🥰 Find your village, because you’re not meant to do this alone. 💞
