💫 Yoga for you where Baby comes too 💫
Bookings are now open for my Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga classes starting February 24th & 25th.
It’s a 6 week block where you can work on your recovery from pregnancy and birth, bond with your baby, regain strength and fitness, build confidence and meet other local new Mums and Babies.
I know it can be daunting stepping into your first class especially taking your new baby along, but I promise a friendly, welcoming atmosphere where you and your baby are made to feel welcome just as you are.
Your weekly dose of zen while riding the waves of new motherhood. 🙏🏼💕
