In our postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga classes, we focus on rebuilding your core strength and pelvic floor safely, helping your body recover from pregnancy and birth at a pace that feels right for you. Through mindful breathing, gentle yoga movements, and targeted postnatal exercises, we gradually restore stability, strength, and confidence in your body.
These classes also help ease common postpartum aches and tension from feeding, carrying, and sleepless nights, while creating time for you to pause and care for yourself.
Your baby stays by your side throughout the class — lying on the mat, enjoying songs and interaction, or being gently included in some of the movements. There is always space for feeding, cuddles, and whatever your baby needs in the moment. 👶
More than just exercise, this class is about connection, recovery, and community — a chance to bond with your baby while meeting other mums on the same journey.
