It may seem counter-intuitive, but sometimes taking an hour to calm the body can be the best way to get your thoughts in order. Taking a walk, dancing to some music, sitting in silence can all help reset your nervous system.

In each person's life there are times when we forget how it feels to be relaxed. Too many things happen at once, or we've been coping with too much stress for too long. The very specific touch of reflexology can help focus the mind and in turn relax the body. From a more relaxed place new ideas and solutions can spring.

Over the years, I've had countless clients say to me after a first session that they can't remember when they last felt so relaxed.
