When I say I am a Reflexologist I get a variety of replies –
- the foot lady
- you do foot massages
- I think I’ve heard of it
- can you sort out my corn!
Reflexology is an ancient complementary health therapy that aims to bring balance to the body and mind. It is a touch therapy where a Reflexologist works different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears to correspond with different areas of the body. It’s effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing, and reducing stress.
What I can factually say is that Reflexology
