I want to give this wonderful lady a shout out.Sam has been training me for a few years now. I recently had a bereavement and really didn’t feel like thrashing around. So I asked Sam if we could do yoga instead. Wow is all I’m going to say. I’ve not been sleeping, and life has been super stressful these last few months.
