Sometimes the most powerful moments in Reiki sessions come from the simplest requests.
A client recently settled onto the couch and gently asked,“Can you help ease the pain in my tooth like last time?”
Another shared how constant aches in their knees had been wearing them down day after day. And one comment that stayed with me was,“It was lovely not needing painkillers every day.”
These moments aren’t about miracles or quick fixes — they’re about giving the body space to deeply relax. When stress softens and the nervous system settles, the body often begins to release tension it has been holding for far too long.
