Welcome 2026 and so happy to welcome all my clients back to my tranquil treatment room.

It’s a really exciting time for me, personally and professionally, as I plan my next chapter and my move to Penarth, Wales.
My treatment room is open here in Penarth and I’m already enjoying meeting new clients and providing holistic, healing Reflexology 🧡

During the move to Penarth, I will also be offering my Bristol clients a beautiful new treatment space there, to continue to support them with Reflexology.

I offer Reflexology for;

*Women’s health -Hormone issues/Menopause, anxiety, stress, insomnia

*Facial Reflexology-a beautiful, calming treatment, good for headaches, tension.

*Reflexology for Cancer care- I am qualified in the Butterfly touch technique, which supports clients going through cancer care and treatment. I am also a qualified nurse with many years of cancer care experience.

*Lymph drainage reflexology (RLD) a fantastic, research based treatment that supports lymphatic drainage for those with lymphodema following cancer treatment and surgery.

My treatment room is now closed for the Christmas period.
It’s been a busy and amazing year; supporting my regular clients with Reflexology treatments and welcoming new clients to the beautiful therapy.
Thank you all so much for your continued support. I am so grateful to be able to do this as my job 🙏
Exciting new beginnings in 2026 and I’m so looking forward to welcoming new clients as I start my next chapter in Wales.

Sometimes it is not more ‘stuff’ we need to fill our lives but time.
We all race around preparing for Christmas, trying to fit every event and everyone else in our diaries.
The stress and exhaustion is real during this festive period.
Taking time to slow down, take a breath and to remember what is really important in our lives. The most important gift is our health and having time to connect with ourselves and those around us.
I have gift vouchers available, to gift someone an hour of beautiful Reflexology and time to just stop and pause.

The sun shone through my Bristol therapy room today.
A day full of lovely clients, all receiving an hour of tranquility and restorative Reflexology.

I have seen several clients recently who have been experiencing huge grief in their lives. I have also been navigating this difficult path. It can be incredibly isolating and bring on many physical and emotional symptoms in your body.
We all grieve differently and in different ways but it is so important that it is spoken about and we hold space for that grief and nurture ourselves and the pain. Over time the pain and grief change.
During my Reflexology treatments I hold a safe and nurturing space to help reduce your stress and tension and rebalance your mind and body.

One client said after her treatment that
‘it was the first time she felt she could breathe properly again’ .

Giving yourself some time to ‘let go’ can be enormously healing for your body.

It’s always brilliant to receive such positive feedback from a client, following their Reflexology treatment. This is what makes my job so rewarding and why I love it so much 🙏
RLD is a research based Reflexology treatment, developed and taught globally by the amazing .
Primarily, this was developed for clients experiencing lymphodema following cancer surgery/treatment, which can cause huge discomfort and be so restrictive.
RLD is a gentle yet effective Reflexology treatment that helps promote lymphatic flow in the body and can help reduce swelling.
My client has had months of stress and trauma, living with metastatic Breast cancer and having on going chemotherapy. Their anxiety has been high and sleep very disturbed, in addition to a very swollen right leg.
This feedback was after the first session of RLD.

Today’s clients enjoyed their treatments in my reclining Reflexology chair, due to varying mobility issues. Sometimes treatments are on the couch and sometimes they are in the chair.

Whatever the situation, your treatment is completely holistic and individual to you and your needs.

And whether you drift off or stay awake and look at the sky is entirely up to you 🧡

Yesterday we ran 5km for the Big Moose Charity. This is an amazing charity, raising money to provide support for those struggling with their mental health.
6, 069 people took part, which is the same number of people who took their own lives by su***de in 2023 💔
At a time when the mental health services are at breaking point, charities such as Big Moose are vital.
It was a fantastic day filled with emotion.
Thank you Bigmoose.charity for an amazing day 🙏
