Last Sept 221 people came along to the first one. And this one is even better! Drop in for fun demonstrations, local resources, and of course tea, coffee & homemade cake. Learn how small changes – from simple exercises to healthy eating and safe footwear – can help you stay confident and independent. And the great news is the Ageing Well team is back in a bigger space with their strength and fitness tests.

So that we can see people while they're ill, we release GP appointments on the day (this stops you waiting weeks for an appointment). All other appointments - regular joint injections, nurses (including ear syringing, agreed bloods, B12s, smears/well woman), physiotherapy for new issues, mental health nurse - can be booked in advance at any time, not just at 08:30.

The practice will be closed between 12:30-15:00 today (Wednesday 4th March) for staff training.

We have Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners based in-practice to help with a variety of muscle, joint and bone issues. They can refer you onwards to hospital specialties and for X-rays if required. You do not need to see a GP first; you can book directly in to see Naomi or Philip and these appointments are released in advance so need to call at 08:30.
