A few weeks ago I had way too much going on in my life. Not really the good stuff. Stuff you just have no choice but to get through. It wasn’t over working but over doing on the stuff that I wish I wasn’t having to do. I got to the point I just couldn’t think before we went on holiday I was feeling on the edge of burnout.
So for the last 3 weeks… maybe close to 4… I’ve been doing a short yoga nidra and/or nap each day when I can… and I’m genuinely feeling like myself again.
Sometimes you can’t stop whatever everyone tells you… you are literally juggling essential ‘balls’. I knew that once it was over this would be my own recovery and here I am 3/4 weeks later loving my recovery and new routine.
I’m sharing this in the hope that you can also take time to recover from stressful events, when life gets too much and know that there’s plenty of things out there that will help you 🧘♀️🙏😴🌊🌿❤️
