As we mark the start of Safeguarding Week, today’s theme, ‘Change the conversation’ reflects the ongoing work we are doing at Keychange to promote awareness and openness around the topic.

Sarah is Registered Manager at Romans Care Home - Keychange Charity and is also our Safeguarding Lead. As part of this role, she works alongside our community managers to ensure they are knowledgeable on the topic, feel supported and given a voice as part of this evolving conversation.
