As we come to the end of the year, we’re feeling a lot of gratitude.

In April, we held our very first Wild & Wise circle in Penn, Buckinghamshire. Towards the end of the year, we brought the work to London, King’s Cross. Each space has been shaped by the people who stepped into it, some familiar with therapy and group work, others completely new, and we’re deeply thankful to everyone who’s been part of the journey so far.

In 2026, we’re looking forward to expanding Wild & Wise into Birmingham, continuing to grow these reflective group spaces across all three locations.

Wild & Wise Group Therapy offers a calm, relational space to explore what’s present, supported by group process, psychoeducation, nervous system awareness, and integrative therapeutic approaches. People arrive with different experiences, needs, and levels of familiarity, all are welcome.

Wild & Wise Group Therapy Circle — King’s Cross, London

Yesterday we held our very first Wild & Wise Group Therapy Circle in King’s Cross, and what a powerful beginning it was.

Seven of us came together to share, reflect, and connect, the depth of honesty and authenticity in the room was truly moving. Our check-ins touched on relationships, anger, loneliness, and the challenge of holding more than one feeling at once, how joy and pain, love and frustration, can coexist within us.

What came through most clearly, once again, was connection. That quiet realisation that even when life feels messy or uncertain, we are not alone, and that healing begins when we let ourselves be seen.

We’re already looking forward to returning to The Practice Rooms for our next circle on Sunday 25th January 2026 continuing this journey of reflection and growth together.
