Endings and New beginnings..
My boys finishing exams /school, off to new adventures already. So excited for them, but realising there is a shift in our nearly grown family.

This past few months I have been counselling two clients who are grieving. What amazing work and what a privilege it is to talk about their loved ones. Their gift of insight into reminding me to make the most of loving people now in the small every day things. www.francescacounselling.co.uk

Back to work this week after time away in Wales. Another Brené Brown quote. I try to model vulnerability with my own kids and hope I encourage and foster it in my clients. I too think vulnerability can be a gift.

Had a lovely term since Christmas with all my clients in counselling. Off for a week and grateful for the break. I know I am guilty of always being busy and am a work in progress in slowing down!
