Yoga isn’t just about being flexible or stretching and moving your body, it’s a reset for your mind, body, and soul, helping you find balance physically and emotionally 🧘♀️
Although it does help to build strength and flexibility, it also works on a deeper level. Through controlled breathing, mindful movement, and moments of stillness, yoga helps slow the nervous system, reduce cortisol (stress hormone), and bring your focus back to the present 😌
