My Community- Penrith

My Community- Penrith 'My Community' is all about us, our community, working together & creating positive change. (We do not try to imitate anybody, only support what they are doing)

My Community is a Royal initiative brought to thanks to funding. We are employed by , our aim is to work with the community to find out what is good, what could be better and use co production to help make Penrith a better place for people with a learning disability and everyone to live. We work with other groups and occasionally you will see us promoting events from other groups that we have supported, either through co producing something new or by funding Launch events.

There are so many fabulous studios open during the event today: Stuart short fine art and sculpture, Liz jones studio- Artist & printmaker, Susan Clough contemporary jewelry, Interlude ceramics pottery studio, Ellen pogson ceramics, Saramics studio are open today during our event at Brougham Hall why not pop down and peruse between the Re enactment activities.
