You are warmly invited into a small, private circle beneath the Flower Full Moon — an evening of water, sound, relaxation, and connection to the crown ✨🌼

🌀 This gathering gently holds the unveiling and gentle birth of ‘Sirius Blue’ — a divine aura spray and temple oil co-created in collaboration between Boho Rose & Astara Alchemy. Blended to nourish and awaken the crown and ground the soul, with sacred waters formed through ritual and presence — something ancient, soft, and deeply remembered.

Together, we will enter a field of stillness and connection, allowing the evening to unfold in its own natural rhythm, whilst moving through:

• Opening circle & energetic aura cleansing
• Hand-harvested herbal tea, oracle cards & gentle arrival into space
• Sound immersion with crystalline frequencies
• Crown anointing massage & gentle energetic alignment with higher self
• Song circle — drumming, voice, and the Water Medicine song

💧 Throughout the evening, we work in gentle communion with water — within the body and within the space — the ocean nearby and the streams that run through this land — allowing intention and presence to flow into the unfolding of Sirius Blue.

✨ Each person present becomes part of its story, woven into the waters simply through being there in openness and connection.

🙏🏼 We will close in a soft circle of peace and prayer, in stillness and gratitude, allowing everything to settle and integrate.

What absolute magic this beautiful retreat was ✨🌊💛
A week of Joy !!!

I recently had the honour of being invited to hold a Sacred Sound & Water Medicine Circle within the most joyful and heart-opening space. Together, we co-created a deeply nourishing Cacao & Gorse ceremony, flowing into an elemental meditation that connected us to the land, the waters, and the breath of spirit.

It was so special to meet and create alongside the lovely Tiana, whose goddess-inspired art I’ve cherished in my home for many moons — such a full circle moment of connection and creativity 🌹✨

And dear Joy… what a radiant soul. Holding us all with such generosity and warmth in a truly magnificent retreat space on the clifftops overlooking Sennen Cove. The energy, the views, the love & laughter shared… simply unforgettable.

These are the moments that remind me why I do this work — weaving connection, presence, and sacred remembrance together in community 💫

Water is not only life-giving, it is deeply responsive. The pioneering work of Dr Masaru Emoto and Veda Austin reminds us that water holds memory, responds to intention, and reflects the energy we offer it.

Today, I gently invite you to take a moment — whether at the ocean, a river, a spring, or simply with a glass of water in your hands — and send love, gratitude, and healing prayers into the waters of our Earth.

You are warmly invited to gather in a beautiful treehouse sanctuary in nature for a nourishing Solstice day retreat honouring the sacred balance of light and dark.

The Solstice is a powerful turning point — a moment to pause, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom within the heart, body, and Earth.

During this day of Unity of Resonance, we will weave together ancestral craft, intuitive guidance and subtle energy practices to create a personal sacred talisman doll — a symbolic vessel for your intentions, prayers and inner wisdom.

Today I feel deeply blessed to still have my beautiful mother in my life, and to have my lovely daughter at home who is currently making me a special Mother’s Day breakfast. Such simple moments are precious beyond words.

As I reflected this morning, my heart also went out to those whose mothers have passed, and to mothers whose children are living in faraway lands. I am sending extra love to you today. 🙌

May we all feel the unconditional love of the Divine Mother — the eternal source of compassion, nurturing, wisdom and strength that lives within us all.
