Solstice Spirit Doll Retreat with Celtic Boudica & Astara Alchemy

A Day of Sacred Creation & Inner Wisdom

You are warmly invited to gather in a beautiful treehouse sanctuary in nature for a nourishing Solstice day retreat honouring the sacred balance of light and dark.

The Solstice is a powerful turning point — a moment to pause, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom within the heart, body, and Earth.

During this day of Unity of Resonance, we will weave together ancestral craft, intuitive guidance and subtle energy practices to create a personal sacred talisman doll — a symbolic vessel for your intentions, prayers and inner wisdom.

Inspired by the strength and sovereignty of the Celtic Boudica lineage, this ancient form of doll weaving becomes a living expression of the energies you wish to embody and carry forward.

During the day we will share:

✧ A gentle sacred drumming circle to open the creation of the dolls
✧ Sacred doll weaving with herbs and crystals as vessels of intention
✧ Guided reflection or journeying while creating your spirit doll
✧ Oracle guidance & intuitive sharing

Today I feel deeply blessed to still have my beautiful mother in my life, and to have my lovely daughter at home who is currently making me a special Mother’s Day breakfast. Such simple moments are precious beyond words.

As I reflected this morning, my heart also went out to those whose mothers have passed, and to mothers whose children are living in faraway lands. I am sending extra love to you today. 🙌

May we all feel the unconditional love of the Divine Mother — the eternal source of compassion, nurturing, wisdom and strength that lives within us all.

Sacred Waters Medicine Song & Prayer 🌊✨

Many moons ago I was guided to write a healing water prayer — a Sacred Waters Medicine Song — as a way to honour and bless the living waters of our Earth. Since then I have continued to sing this prayer to the oceans, rivers and waters that sustain all life.

During this deeply Piscean cycle, a time connected with water, intuition and spiritual sensitivity, it feels especially important to remember the sacredness of our waters. Through song, prayer and intention we can offer gratitude and healing energy to the oceans and water bodies that nourish our planet.

In this video I am sharing the Sacred Waters Medicine Song being sung directly to the ocean, alongside a glimpse of how the waters used within my Astara Alchemy Aura & Space Sprays are ceremonially charged.

Each spray water is blessed with this prayer and activated within a powerful crystal grid of shell, fluorite and labradorite. Shell holds the ancient memory of the ocean and the wisdom of water, fluorite brings purification and energetic harmony, and labradorite supports spiritual protection and intuitive awakening. Together they create a beautiful field for intention, clarity and energetic amplification.

It is my prayer that this song continues to ripple outward — inspiring others to honour the waters, sing to them, pray with them and remember their sacred medicine.

✨ Reiki Level 1 Completion ✨

This weekend I had the honour of completing a beautiful Reiki 1 training with a wonderful student.

Watching someone step onto their Reiki path is always deeply moving for me. Over just two days, I witnessed a real softening, a deepening of presence, and a growing confidence in feeling and trusting the energetics.

One of the greatest joys of teaching Reiki is seeing how it gently transforms people from within.

As practitioners begin working with Reiki energy, I often see:

🌿 Healthier boundaries and clearer decision-making
🌿 Increased self-awareness and emotional intelligence
🌿 Calmer responses rather than reactive patterns
🌿 A deeper connection to intuition
🌿 More compassion for self and others
🌿 Positive lifestyle shifts that feel natural rather than forced

Reiki is not just a technique — it is a path of personal evolution.

My own journey began over 20 years ago within the lineage of Mikao Usui, and I have devoted decades to practicing, teaching and honouring the traditional Usui system. My lineage is documented, respected and held with integrity, and I continue to walk this path as both student and teacher.

It is a privilege to guide others as they awaken their healing abilities and step into their own empowerment.
