Please have a listen to this reel. I talk a little about my values and why I do what I do.
I think the imagery also gives a clear portrayal of my fascination of the living world. Everything is beautiful to me, your mind, the petals, the leaves. We are all linked, all desperate to connect.

All these blooming plants have been a real tonic to the past dark months. Everything, at least my end, feels a little more hopeful, at least with what I can control.
Even when the world seems so messed up and overwhelming, just remember, there's always something we can do. Even if that's just making yourself a cup of tea 🍵 🧡

I am now offering reflexology & emotional support to the fine folk based on the Helford/Lizard area.

Allow me to take care of you in the comfort of your own home. Reflexology has so many wellbeing benefits and this service is perfect those unable to travel.

I have limited slots available for monthly Tuesday appointments (with the potential to do fortnightly).

Reading Nibeauers book “No Self No Problem-Why Neuropsychology Is Catching Up to Buddhism”, really helps you to understand the difference between your left and right brain which can assist the knowledge of why anxiety or depression may happen.
Why I love reflexology is that this gentle practice helps to quieten the left brain (the thinking brain) allowing the right brain to just feel and tune in.
I highly recommend this book, and I highly recommend touch therapy to reduce anxiety.

Why 6 weeks?
The Remedy is a big dose of realignment. As beneficial as a one off treatment can be, it certainly doesn't come close to a course of treatments.
Each week you come along for your session you are committing to taking care of yourself, you are acknowledging that support is good, and you are acknowledging that you deserve to take care of yourself.
Think of each week as unpeeling layers. Each layer needs the comfort and release to get to the unveiling of the next layer.
By the 6th session your core root will have been reached, or closer to. The journey so far will have taken you to a point of calmness and grounding.
As we conclude our sessions you will feel supported, cared for but ultimately have the confidence to continue your adventure in wellbeing.
