**Late cancellations and no-shows**
I really dislike writing a post like this...I have always been incredibly lenient with late cancellations and people not turning up for their appointments. Unfortunately as I'm seeing an increase in both of these over the past few months, I'm going to be much stricter in applying my cancellation policy.
As a small business, even one or two missed appointments each month have a big impact for me so I appreciate your understanding and support on this.
Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice: You will be invoiced/charged for 50% of the cost of your appointment. I appreciate that life happens so I have a common-sense approach to late cancellations but would appreciate it if you could let me know as soon as possible.
No shows: If you do not turn up to your appointment, you will be invoiced for 100% of the cost of the appointment. If you are running late, please just let me know. I allow 15 minutes after the appointment start time before marking the appointment as a 'no-show' at which point you will be invoiced/charged for the appointment.
I have updated Fresha to request your card details (if not already held) when you book an appointment in the future. In the event of a no-show, your card will charged.
