Meet Naya & Bea, your studio hosts !

Naya:
The Romanian rescue “Kokoni ,” has fully claimed her unofficial job title as the Pilates studio’s emotional support dog—mainly by supervising workouts from the comfiest mat and offering strategic cuddle‑breaks whenever someone looks even slightly stressed. Rescued by Bea at three months old, she now patrols the studio like a tiny, furry wellness guru, making sure everyone gets their daily dose of love… even if it means sneak‑attacking them with nose boops mid‑plank.
Bea :
Born in Germany in 1975, Bea entered the world with two things: lungs powerful enough to command a gym hall and a suspicious amount of natural bounce.
Bea found her way to the gym at age three—and apparently decided to stay there. A former national-level acrobatic gymnast, she combined her love of movement with serious brainpower, earning a six-year Masters in Sports Science from the German Sport University of Cologne.
But medals were never the whole story. Convinced that movement should feel joyful (not just competitive), she trained with Polestar Pilates (Mat, Studio& Rehab) and created Mytime Pilates—a warm, rural studio where bodies grow strong, minds unwind, and planks are approached with optimism.
Forever curious, Bea continues to deepen her expertise, from pre- and post-natal Pilates to injury mechanics. When she’s not in the studio, she’s kite surfing—her happy place—or adventuring with her children and dogs.
Vivacious. Determined. Passionate. And very hard to keep still.
