Kb Hypnotherapy I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist ,Psychotherapist and Counselling Psychology student. I am extremely interested in Psychology and the human mind.

I use a very unique psycho-therapeutic blended model of CBT and Hypnotherapy online treating anxiety, phobias and weight management. I have over 10 years experience in the field of therapy, personal development and mental health. I decided I wanted to become a therapist to apply my interest to help others. I am currently studying for a BSc in Psychology and counselling which will expand my knowledge further. I use a blend of Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a unique model which has been proven to be more effective than CBT or Hypnosis alone. The therapy techniques are only evidence based, solution focused, with an emphasis on anxiety, panic, emotional eating, habit reversal and emetophobia among other phobias.

That's your conditioning, limiting you once more...

But this can ALL be changed...

Making sure you have adequate protein daily aim for 1g per ideal body weight in lbs but if you struggle...just eat more and build on that over time, your body will need to adjust anyway. Ideally from food first, real food not shakes and bars, then top up with a reputable shake such as - they do really quality, tasty flavours with great ingredients.🍗🥩🍳

Eating melon will keep your hunger hormones happy between meals...try drinking enough fluid also, work towards 2-3 litres a day...🍉
