My interest and passion lies in Women’s Health and Wellbeing, and specifically (but not limited to) life’s transitional times. This has seen me working with women during Pregnancy, Postpartum and Menopauseto help support and nurture their changing bodies. I always feel so honoured to be a part of these transitional times.
What is Holistic Massage?
Holistic massage focuses on your body as a whole, working on physical, emotional and energetic levels to promote inner wellness and self-healing.
It generally uses classical Swedish Massage techniques to soothe and stimulate the nervous system, reduce stress, tone muscles and encourage joints to move freely.
What makes my treatments unique?
Each treatment may also include gentle stretches, holds, rhythmic body rocking, joint mobilisations, pressure point techniques, breath work, intention setting, visualisations and relaxation techniques.
