Upgraded my M3 Lat Pulldown machine pulleys from nylon to aluminium ones (from Aliexpress).

New garage gym kit day. Adjustable Bench 2.0 which is a beast at 53kg. Quick impressions:
- nice, heavy duty frame
- pin select adjustments, which means no risk of bench slipping during movement
- quality, non slip vinyl

Things I’d like to see improved (photos)
- add a tube plug with a T-shape to allow storing the bench upright without crushing the seat foam.
- the handle is too short. When lifting the bench from handle, and the seat is furthest position, the bench edge presses against the forearm. This is an issue when the bench weighs 53kg. The handle should be more non-slip too and maybe a D-handle shape for easier/safer manoeuvring.
