It has been a season filled with joy, laughter and wonderful moments spent together and today, we celebrate the warmth, comfort and togetherness that make Willowbrook feel like home.

🎄✨ Christmas Magic at Willowbrook! ✨🎄

It’s been an absolutely wonderful festive season here at Willowbrook, filled with joy, laughter and plenty of Christmas sparkle!

Our team created a beautiful Santa’s Grotto and every resident had the chance to visit and receive a special treat, such magical moments shared. ❤️

We also enjoyed Christmas Jumper Day, with residents and staff proudly wearing their brightest, boldest and most cheerful jumpers to spread some festive fun around the home.

The celebrations didn’t stop there!
🎉 We held both our Residents’ Christmas Party and Staff Christmas Party, filled with music, dancing and delicious food.
🎶 We welcomed fantastic singers who performed festive favourites.
✨ Our craft sessions were full of creativity as residents made beautiful Christmas creations to decorate the home.

It has truly been a joyful and heart-warming December at Willowbrook and we’re so thankful to everyone who helped make it so special. ❤️🎅

A Heartwarming Act of Kindness at Willowbrook

Recently at Willowbrook, one of our wonderful residents, Sally, has been putting her creativity to fantastic use by making beautiful handmade bracelets, all to raise money for our home’s chosen charity.

Sally has loved getting stuck into the crafting process, choosing colours, designing patterns and chatting with staff and residents along the way. Not only are the bracelets absolutely lovely, but they’re also helping to support a cause that means so much to us.

We’re incredibly proud of Sally for her kindness, creativity and generosity.

The Christmas spirit is in full swing! ✨🎄

The residents have been busy getting creative and festive over the past week.
They’ve enjoyed making their own Christmas cards, adding personal touches and plenty of cheer to share with loved ones.

We’ve also had a wonderful time baking delicious Christmas treats.From mixing and decorating to taste-testing, everyone got involved and had a lovely time.

These seasonal activities are not only great fun, but they bring comfort, creativity and connection as we head into the most magical time of the year. ❤️

A musical time at Willowbrook! 🎶💃🕺

Our lounge was filled with music, laughter and plenty of dancing as we welcomed a fantastic singer to entertain the residents.

From much-loved classics to feel-good favourites, the atmosphere was electric, with residents and staff up on their feet, joining in, smiling and having the very best time together.

Moments like these are what Willowbrook is all about: joy, connection and making memories. ❤️

🎃🕸️ Halloween Fun at Willowbrook! 🕸️🎃

In the lead-up to Halloween, the residents enjoyed getting creative with crafts and word searches, all themed around the spooky season! 👻✨

To top off the celebrations, we were joined by the fantastic Steve Arnold the Juggler, who put on a brilliant Halloween-themed show. There was plenty of laughter and amazement as residents watched his incredible tricks and even got the chance to join in by spinning plates and trying out a few skills of their own! 🎩🎪

It was a wonderful afternoon full of fun, laughter and Halloween magic here at Willowbrook. 🧡

🌟 Recently at Willowbrook… We Celebrated Diwali! 🌟

Residents and staff came together to enjoy a wonderful Diwali celebration filled with colour, culture and joyful moments. 💛✨

Everyone had the chance to try some delicious treats including samosas, pakoras, rice and chicken curry and plenty of tasty snacks to enjoy. 🍛😋

There was music and dancing and we were treated to an incredible live performance on the dhol drums from one of our talented team members! 🥁🎶

We were also joined by a lovely henna artist, who created beautiful designs for residents and staff who wanted to take part - a really special touch. 🌸

It was a fantastic celebration of light, happiness, and togetherness at Willowbrook! 🪔💫

🍽️ A Lovely Meal Out at The Boars Head 🍽️

Residents at Willowbrook recently enjoyed a wonderful trip to The Boars Head, where everyone tucked into a delicious meal of their choice. 🥰

It was a lovely afternoon filled with great food, laughter and conversation. Simple moments like these make such a difference and are always a highlight for our residents. 💛

🎵 Music and Smiles at Willowbrook! 🎵

We recently welcomed the fantastic VJAY to Willowbrook for an afternoon of live music and entertainment! 🎤✨

Residents had a wonderful time singing and dancing along to some favourite tunes, the atmosphere was full of joy, laughter and energy. 💛

Music always has such a special way of bringing people together and this performance certainly had everyone smiling from start to finish! 🎶💃🕺

🌾 Harvest Festival at Willowbrook 🌾

We’ve been celebrating the season of giving here at Willowbrook with our very own Harvest Festival. 🍎🍐

Our activities team created a special harvest trolley filled with a range of delicious fruits for staff and residents to enjoy. It was a big hit across the home! Alongside this, we set up a donation trolley in reception where families and staff kindly contributed dried foods, tins, and toiletries. 💛

All donations have now been given to Elim Church to support their community project “The Shed,” which helps local families in need.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated and helped make our Harvest Festival such a meaningful and heart-warming event. 🌻
