2025 is drawing to a close. I have wrapped up the first full year at the Merstow Green premises. To my unbelievable clients; thank you for letting me loose on your bodies 😂 I am so grateful for the opportunity to be on this Pilates journey with you. Witnessing your progress is one my life’s great joys. . Thank you to all of you who made the Christmas drinks - it was so lovely to see so many you outside of Pilates mode! It was a great year for me personally. While I always struggle to find the time to prioritise my own practice, I did have the privilege of attending a mentorship programme in LA with the legend that is in spring. I spent a wonderful, restorative few days at a Pilates reformer retreat in Ibiza with my beloved sister. Pink Shrimp grew to a team of two - Lizzie is the most perfect addition to the studio and the safest pair of hands I could have asked for. We held our first mini treat with the talented .breathstudio .The incredible community has expanded and the line between client and friend continues to gets thinner 😂 In short, thank you for being with me in 2025. I hope to see you in 2026 where we start the year with a new, larger studio space, a new exciting timetable and of course, new additions to the already brilliant kit from . Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! ❤️

Well done to these incredible young people from Year 9 Bowbrook House School. They’ve chosen Pilates reformer as a new physical skill and they’ve been showing up every week and giving it their all. So proud of this crew. Hoping we can make a good difference to strength, body awareness and posture by the time we’re done! Keep going girls 💪🏼

We are looking forward to seeing you this Sunday 21st September for the first wellbeing event at Pink Shrimp Pilates! I am excited to have Jen@the.breathstudio alongside me to present this event. It will mark the first anniversary of the Merstow Green location ❤️With the many changes that come with Sept, we wanted to honour the Equinox, the changing of the season, the back to school. It is a chance to unwind, reset and perhaps experience something new. The gift bags are being filled with some thoughtful, handmade pieces, alongside some carefully selected products. Some of you know Jen from the classes. She’s become a Pink Shrimp regular this year with an unfaltering dedication to her Pilates practice. I found out Jen teaches breath work, does sound baths, reiki …..the list goes on. When I approached her about doing an afternoon focussing on a mind, body and spirit reset, she was quick to come up with an excellent offering. We are both so proud to present to you our first workshop at Pink Shrimp Pilates 🥰 4 hours of indulgence; Muscular release, revitalising Reformer, deep release of conscious breathwork and a beautiful sound bath to finish. We’ll have time for a break and chat with nourishing snacks and a lovely goody bag to take away with you. I hope some of you are able to join us for this Equinox/back to school (!) event.
