Peter Smith Opticians (est. 1975) is a family run independent practice in the heart of Pershore. We strive to provide the best in professional eye care for you and your family, offering eye examinations, spectacles, contact lenses and sunglasses. Using the latest technology, our tests can include 3D retinal scanning as well as assessments in dry eye, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and visual stress. 🎉 Celebrating 50 Years 🎉

Fifty years ago today, Mr. Smith opened the doors to Peter Smith Opticians and welcomed his very first patient. He couldn’t have known then just how many lives he would touch, how many families would trust us with their care, or how many memories would be made.

So much has changed over the last five decades — new technology, new faces, new ways of working — but the heart of this practice has never changed. Our purpose remains exactly the same: to care for people, to listen, and to make every patient feel seen and valued.

To every person who has walked through our doors — whether once or for generations — thank you.
You are the reason we are here today, and you are the reason we love what we do.

We're off to Paris! 🇫🇷👓

This weekend, our team is heading to an optical show in Paris to check out the latest frame styles and bring back some exciting new looks for you!

We'll be closing early at 3:00pm on Friday, 26th October, and reopening at 9:00 AM on Monday, 29th October.

Thanks for your understanding — we can’t wait to show you what we find!
