Today was my first day seeing clients in Seaton at Salon 27…lovely space and I felt right at home.

This week has felt really special ✨

I’ve welcomed six new clients, each one arriving with their own story, their own experiences, and their own starting point. No expectations, no preconceived ideas — just meeting each other exactly where we are.

There is something incredibly powerful about hands-on therapy. When combined with clear, compassionate intention, that power deepens… creating space not just for physical release, but for something much more meaningful.

Trust plays such a big part in this work — the trust placed in me to hold a safe, supportive space, and the trust within yourself to allow the process to unfold. It’s within that space that emotions can gently rise, be acknowledged, and begin to move.

Together, we’ve been working through areas that have felt ‘stuck’, encouraging flow, softening resistance, and beginning to let go of what no longer serves.

Healing isn’t about fixing — it’s about allowing, this week has been a beautiful reminder of that 💫
