What a beautiful send off yday from my Neomian Warriors ! A surprise banquet fit for a Queen by the pool , many beautiful words, hugs 🫂 and special personalised gifts too! Will miss these ladies soo much , I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to guide them through 🧘‍♀️ and workshops and coffee ☕️ mornings, thanks to Donghee for making this video ! 🙏

Waking up the day after my final NEOM yoga session… here in Saudi 🇸🇦 and my heart is full. ❤️✨

Looking back at the photos - the laughter, the tears, the hugs, the playful moments and deep connections - I’m reminded how special this circle of women truly is. The magic we created happened because we all showed up with open hearts… and because I poured my energy, love, and purpose into holding a safe space for all.

I am so grateful for these incredible women who supported me, lifted me, and helped me find my reason d’être - my ikigai - during my time in NEOM. You have given me more than you will ever know.

Each week, I shared small mindful gifts - little tools and tokens of presence - and I hope you carry these forward into your next chapters, your next seasons, and your own personal journeys.

Our final class whispered: release, let go, pause, and create space for new beginnings. And even though this chapter closes, it is not goodbye. I look forward to welcoming you to my Lochan Retreat in Scotland and visiting many of you in the beautiful places you call home.

🌊✨ What a beautiful morning at Beach Yoga ✨🐢🐚

Today felt magical.
So many women gently released stored fears and emotions through slow, grounding movement, deep breathwork, and the comfort of settling into their own “shells” - just like our turtle inspiration.

A beautiful highlight: Rabia’s mum, 75 years young, joined us.
She began in the chair and then, with such courage and determination, moved onto the mat - absolutely inspiring.
She’s now heading back to Pakistan… already searching for a yoga class. 💙👏

This morning reminded me why yoga is so powerful:
inclusive, accessible, ageless, and universal.
Like the sea turtle rising for one calm breath before gliding back into the water,
we slowed down, moved with intention,
and carried our calm within us - our own inner “shell,” always with us.

Our youngest yogi today was 28, our oldest 75,
different cultures, different journeys, all united by breath, movement,
and the Red Sea beside us.

Feeling deeply grateful for my international yoga community here in the Middle East 🙏
and for the way nature continues to guide and inspire our practice. 🌿💙🐢

🌞 Ground. Flow. Renew.

This morning’s Beach Yoga was all about connection and strength - feeling the sand beneath our feet, moving with purpose, and finding calm within the rhythm of the Red Sea.

We flowed through Sun Salutations and Warrior sequences, celebrating strong foundations and inner resilience.
Then came our ritual of renewal - a Dead Sea mineral foot scrub, washing away what no longer serves us and welcoming a lighter, freer energy.

We rested in Savasana by the water, the sound of the waves guiding us home to stillness.

Each woman left with a small gift - a jar of Dead Sea scrub - a gentle reminder this week to:

One of the most amazing teaching venues delivering a private, bespoke 1:1 morning Yoga session, we energised the body with Qi Gong movements/tapping techniques and breathwork to clear stagnant energy, followed by a Yoga flow to stimulate the kidney and Bladder meridians, then a bespoke scripted meditation planned around the "water element" 💧 Sue Riihiluoma thank you for this opportunity and your hospitality and kindness!! 🙏 ❤️

World Mental Health Day 2025 💚

Always remember depression looks different on everyone.

Some people stay in bed.
Some show up to work.
Some lose their appetite.
Some eat to feel something.
Some cry.
Some go quiet.
Some take meds.
Some don’t.
Some have support.
Some feel invisible.

It’s not always obvious.
It’s not always dramatic.
It’s not always what you expect.

So be gentle.
Don’t assume.
Don’t judge.

Because pain doesn’t always look like pain.

Today and every day let’s honour the quiet battles. Let’s listen more, love louder, and remind each other: you’re not alone.
