Good to see the cold wind, didn’t deter folks attending.

Some Great conversations along the Way and plenty laughter too!
Just what the Doctor would definitely order!

The Walk is Open to Men & Women, aged 18 and Over.
You don’t have to find yourself struggling to join us.
It is just an excuse to get outside in the open air for some gentle exercise, with some very friendly local folks.

We walk every Wednesday Morning without fail.
Meeting outside Bells Sports Centre in Perth at 10am.

So, if you are looking for an excuse to get aff the sofa..

Great Wee Walk in the Sunshine this Morning, on the ‘Bag O Chips’ Group Walk & Talk.

Brilliant effort and lovely to ‘lose’ the Heavy Coats and hats for a change.

Big Steve is joining our Team, as our newest Group Walk Leader / Volunteer.

We Walk every Wednesday Morning, without fail.
Meeting at 10am outside Bell’s Sports Centre in Perth.
The Walk is Open to Men and Women, aged 18 and Over.

You don’t have to find yourself struggling to walk with us and with the better weather around the corner, it’s the perfect excuse to get outside, for some gentle exercise, good conversation and a wee giggle.

Sometimes, if yer lucky, when Bossman Les comes down, you even get treated to a Cuppa and a Scone❤️

A Big Well Done to everyone that attended this morning in Perth.

It started bitterly cauld, with an unforgiving wind.
However, we did finish in some Sunshine.

It was brilliant to have our friend, Jonathan Kemp onboard this morning too.
Jonathon is on a mammoth challenge, walking the length and breadth of the U.K, raising funds and awareness for Mental Health.

This is indeed, unprecedented, always wanted to use that word☺️

However, We think it would be the right decision, to cancel tomorrow morning’s ‘Bag O Chips’ Group Walk & Talk.

The weather still promises to be bad and the Flood Gates are closed.
So, we volunteers think this is the right decision.

Bag O Chips Group Walk & Talk for Wednesday 27th January is CANCELLED.
