Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit for the following areas:
Perth Town centre
Tulloch
Muirton
North Muirton
Letham
Craigie
Scone.

Hourly Rate £12.50 (Weekdays) £13.50 (Weekends)
Hours: Mornings (7:00am till 2:00pm) Lates (4:00pm till 10:00pm)
Most of our runs will suit a walker, however drivers are welcome.
We have full and part time contracts available.

The Role:
This is an extremely rewarding role, ensuring that people who need assistance can receive this in the comfort and safety of their own home. You will take on various tasks including supporting them with washing, dressing, preparing meals and assisting with medication. You may be the only person they see, and a smile and a chat will brighten their day.

What we are looking for in a Home Care Workers:
You must be comfortable providing Personal Care.
Compassionate, understanding with a patient nature.
Ability to stay calm and deal with situations as they arise.
Flexible approach to your work, as we work shifts: day, evenings and weekends.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience is not required as we have excellent inhouse training.

PART- TIME OPPORTUNITY
I am currently recruiting for a part time coordinator to work in our Perth Office. 2 - 3 days a week. 9am - 5pm.

- Ensuring care worker rotas are completed and sufficiently well planned, considering travel time and routes
- Liaise as necessary with partner professionals and organisations (e.g. social workers, GPS, nurses) in respect of developing and delivering holistic, person-centred packages of care
- Dealing with queries from clients and families in a calm and professional manner
- Carry out client assessments and administration for all Individual care and support agreements

Care experience working in a care at home environment would be an advantage but not essential.

Asha from Perth Fire Station came today to talk to a group of our carers about Fire Safety in the home. It was very informative and our carers now have a better understanding of reducing the risk of fire in the home and where to get support for our clients if needed. 🚒

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Coordinator within our busy Perth office.

Key responsibilities of our Care Coordinator will include:

* Ensuring care worker rotas are completed and sufficiently well planned, considering travel time and routes
* Liaising with the clinical team regarding shadowing opportunities for new staff
* Identify gaps in rota and liaise with recruitment team regularly to ensure recruitment of suitable staff so that all shifts are filled
* Liaise as necessary with partner professionals and organisations (e.g. social workers, GPS, nurses) in respect of developing and delivering holistic, person-centred packages of care
* Dealing with queries from clients and families in a calm and professional manner
* Carry out client assessments and administration for all Individual care and support agreements
* Ensure compliance with all Care Inspectorate requirements
* Plan and allocate care assignments to appropriate care workers, with due regard for the particular needs of the individual and the skills and attributes of the worker
* Carry out on-call coordinating and response duties outside normal office hours as agreed.

What we are looking for in our Care Coordinator:

* Ability to prioritise own workload and work under pressure
* Good verbal and written communication and IT skills
* Someone who has a caring attitude, is reliable/flexible, honest and a hard worker
* Must have a good geographical knowledge of Perth
* Experience of working in the care sector would be an advantage s

Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £20,930.00 per year + on call payments
