Jaw pain or clicking that just won’t go away?
One of the most common causes is actually T3 — a vertebra in the upper back that controls the jaw.
If T3 slips out of place, it can irritate the nerves that help the jaw open, close, and stay relaxed.
This can lead to:
➡️ Clicking
➡️ Clenching
➡️ Grinding
➡️ Headaches
➡️ Ear fullness or pressure
During treatment, I gently guide T3 back into position and take pressure off the nerves.
Many clients feel relief immediately or within a day.
