Trail Runners Bootcamp We help busy people develop extraordinary health through running in nature without feeling exhausted

I am an experienced personal trainer and sports therapist, with a background in outdoor education. My passion for health and fitness led me to start running ultramarathons three years ago, and since then, I have completed 58 races and will have logged over 10000 miles on Strava by the end of the year. I am always setting new goals for myself and pushing my limits, with my current short-term goals being to finish a 50k in under 4 hours and run the Cape Wrath trail. In the long term, I hope to complete 1000 marathons and ultramarathons. In addition to my personal training and sports therapy qualifications, I also studied outdoor education in college, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of how to train and care for the body in a variety of environments
