MONDAY MOTIVATION 💥
Yesterday we watched some incredible people complete something they’ve been working towards for a long time.
For many of them… this was a big one. A real long-term goal.
But here’s the thing —
They didn’t just wake up one morning capable of doing it.
They built it.
Session by session.
Rep by rep.
Even on the days they didn’t feel like it.
There were cancelled sessions.
There were weeks that didn’t go to plan.
There were short-term decisions that slowed long-term progress.
But they didn’t stop.
They kept showing up.
They chose to take on something that many people would quietly step away from. And that deserves serious respect. 👊
Now — this doesn’t mean everyone needs to sign up for HYROX.
But everyone does need something.
A goal.
A purpose.
A reason to train beyond “just because.”
Because when you have a why…
Those tricky days become easier to navigate.
So as we start this week, ask yourself:
