As our imminent move creeps closer, we’ve been reflecting on where it all began.

It started with a vision.

Kevin recognised a gap in what Perth had to offer — not just another gym, but a place for people who were ready to change their lives. People with drive. Determination. And a desire to become better versions of themselves.

So, in March 2020, Kevin Cuthbert Personal Training opened its doors.

No big team. No flashy systems. Just belief, passion, and a commitment to helping people show up for themselves.

This was the beginning of something special.

Our group PT model has been such a huge success that we’re ready to take the next step and offer even more to our community. We’ve truly outgrown our current space, and the plans ahead will allow us to be more accessible, more inclusive, and more versatile than ever before.

Our group training isn’t going anywhere! If group PT is something you’ve been thinking about, now is the perfect time to come and see us, get started, and be part of the journey — it’ll make the move even more exciting.

In a perfect world, every day would go exactly as planned — workouts would fit perfectly, nutrition would stay on track, and energy levels would stay high.

But life doesn’t always work like that — especially in December.

That’s where your back-up plan comes in.
Your contingency plan for when things don’t go to plan.

✅ Can’t make it to the gym? Go for a 20-minute walk.
✅ Family meal out? Enjoy it — then get back on track next meal.
✅ Missed a session? Don’t quit — just adjust.

It’s not about being “good” or “bad.”
