MONDAY MOTIVATION 💥

Yesterday we watched some incredible people complete something they’ve been working towards for a long time.

For many of them… this was a big one. A real long-term goal.

But here’s the thing —
They didn’t just wake up one morning capable of doing it.

They built it.

Session by session.
Rep by rep.
Even on the days they didn’t feel like it.

There were cancelled sessions.
There were weeks that didn’t go to plan.
There were short-term decisions that slowed long-term progress.

But they didn’t stop.

They kept showing up.

They chose to take on something that many people would quietly step away from. And that deserves serious respect. 👊

Now — this doesn’t mean everyone needs to sign up for HYROX.

But everyone does need something.

A goal.
A purpose.
A reason to train beyond “just because.”

Because when you have a why…
Those tricky days become easier to navigate.

So as we start this week, ask yourself:

🚨 A FIRST FOR KCPT 🚨

We’ve always adapted what we do to suit our clients — not the other way around.

And with a number of our members dedicating their training to taking on HYROX, it was only right that we stepped things up…

So this weekend we hosted our very first HYROX Simulation. 💪🔥

A chance for our members to put their training into action.
To test their pacing.
To feel the transitions.
To iron out those final niggles before the big day.

It wasn’t just a workout.
It was focus.
It was grit.
It was growth.

We are SO proud of every single client who stepped up and took part. The effort, the support, the atmosphere — unreal.

This feels like the start of something special.

A celebration of an incredible week in the gym.

But what does that actually look like?

🔥 Monday & Tuesday – Strength sessions that push you both inside and out (yes… we’re using that outdoor space 👀).
🥊 Wednesday – We inject a little boxing into the mix. Sharp, powerful, focused.
🏃‍♂️ Thursday – HYROX-inspired sessions paired with conditioning to test your engine.
🚀 Friday – The sled relay begins… the marmite of training. You either love it or you REALLY love it.

Every session is programmed with purpose.
Every day builds on the last.
Every member matters.

Our schedule isn’t random — it’s designed to give each and every one of you the very best training opportunities possible.

That’s why Super Saturdays feel so good.

It’s not just about one session.
It’s about a full week of dedication, grit, effort and commitment from the most incredible community.

It’s the quiet stuff.
The consistent stuff.
The “turn up even when you don’t feel like it” stuff.

We’re not for everyone — and we’re okay with that.

If you’re looking for a magic plan, a 4-week transformation or a quick fix…

As the week comes to an end, it’s the perfect opportunity to pause and reflect on the small wins you’ve achieved over the past few days.

Sometimes those wins look like big milestones — goals you’ve been working towards, progress you’ve been building step by step.

Other times, it simply means you showed up. You kept going. You made it through another week when it wasn’t easy.

And that still counts.

Every step forward, no matter how small, is something you created. Something you committed to. Something you should be proud of.

Did you know? 👀🌊

Rodney Pavilion hasn’t just stood the test of time — it’s overcome it.

In 1996, the building was seriously damaged by flooding and had to close for 18 weeks for major repairs. For many places, that could have been the end.

But not here.

When it reopened, it came back stronger — refurbished, improved and ready to continue serving the community for decades to come. 💪

And honestly? That’s what we’re all about.

Transformation.
Resilience.
Coming back stronger than before.

This building has done it.
Our members do it every day.

And we’re proud to be part of that story. ✨

Did you know? 👀🏛️

Rodney Fitness Centre is part of a riverside landmark that’s been inspiring movement since 1932.

Rodney Pavilion was originally built as a recreation space for employees of the General Accident insurance company — way ahead of its time when it came to workplace wellbeing.

And it didn’t stop there…

By 1936, tennis courts and a bowling green had transformed the space into a buzzing hub of sport, connection and community beside the River Tay. 🎾

Long before modern gyms, this place was already bringing people together through movement.

Nearly 100 years later, that same energy still lives here — just with a few more barbells and squats added in 💪✨

We’re proud to be part of its story… and even more excited about where it’s going next.
