That wind is strong 💨.

I plan on running morning sessions but will monitor the weather as the day goes on .

Due to being on a hill , whatever the wind is like on low ground it’s amplified on the hill 🪁.

Safety is our priority 🙏

I had the loveliest day with my family today — and the sunshine made it even better. ☀️

A big thank you to all our Saturday young people and families for being so understanding about me taking the day to spend with my family . It really means a lot ❤️

True to form I couldn’t help myself and started rebuilding our fence… only to run out of daylight and ended up securing it in the pitch black! 🙈
Looks like we’ll be back out tomorrow to finish it! 🤣

What an amazing day we had today with out outdoor learners .
First off we had the amazing Nicola from Glenisla out giving out young people a demo and talk on deer saddles and the history of the highland pony !.

We love collaborating here at minds and manes and we believe int he value it brings .

In the afternoon we had such an amazing duo that learned loads about grooming , the name of the equipment , designed their own safety map and a bit of creative learning ❤️.

Even though I’m not feeling 100% and been struck with the cold ( thanks to my own kids) the day was amazing and everyone went home with a massive smile on their face !. The sun eve paid us a visit 😍☀️.

Focusing on learning , growth, confidence , connection and RIDING !!!.

We are Super excited to start our new blocks ! Nicola and I have been hard at work planning over the last few weeks .

I will send all outdoor learning our March plan for outdoor learning and give you all a paper copy on Monday . This may help any young people that like to know what we are doing in advance or to support your learning journey 🦄❤️.

Well well well… something magical has been happening behind the scenes 👀✨
I’ve been busy creating something a little different this summer.
Let’s be honest — there are plenty of pony days, camps and “own a pony” experiences around. And they’re lovely!
But I wanted to create something that feels new. Thoughtful. Meaningful.
Something smaller.
More magical.
More connection-focused.
More about wellbeing than rushing.
So… I’m so excited to introduce you to…
🦄☀️ The Mane Event Summer Club ☀️🦄
This isn’t just a pony club.
It’s a creative, confidence-building, memory-making summer experience.
A calm, small-group club where children don’t just “do pony activities”…
They build a bond.
They create.
They slow down.
They belong.
It’s fun — yes.
But it’s also magical in all the quiet, important ways 💛
