The one and only wonderful force for good is covering my Thursday 7,30pm yoga class at this week.
Caroline is an amazing teacher and I would very much encourage any and everyone to catch this, or even better one of her own classes. She is truly passionate about the life-changing holistic benefits of yoga, but especially she manages to teach yoga in a lovely accessible way which I genuinely open to everyone.

Give your mind and body a treat to a Spring Detox workshop with Suthesh and boost your health for the seasonal change on Saturday 28th March 2-5pm at Perth Yoga Studio.

Our whole system requires regular cleansing to help it maintain its natural optimum health.

This workshop will support you towards doing that. Using yoga postures and breathing techniques the mind and body will be refreshed and rejuvenated with this cleansing workshop.

We welcome all levels of yoga experience at our workshops and love to meet new yogis.
