Next Mysore Class is on 13th December 9am. Message us if you want to know more, you can book a space or just show up.
We are creating community with this class and want to welcome you all in. At the end after the Yoga Nidra, option to stay on for a lovely cup of chai and some mince pies....put off shopping for a little bit longer ..but what a what to set your day up!
