Mysore allows you to focus on the breath and let go of comparison to others as you move through the poses, where you are. If you are quite new to ashtanga or working in second series.... all breathe together and feel that connection. The mind quietens.
You can finish when you are ready to, or stay on for a hot drink and a led yoga nidra.
