Structured and progressive programmes are designed to improve strength, endurance and metabolic conditioning. Club 300 is an exclusive facility in Perth offering membership for up to 300 people. Emphasis is placed on the personal attention our clients receive, whether this be through our approach to customer service, personal training or one of our 35+ weekly workouts through our unique small Group Training classes. Meet Sam … absolutely buzzing with her Elite Lifter Cert ™️ 🙌🏻

Sam has been a member with us for some time now and admittedly, wasn’t convinced about our new Lift formats at the start of the year 😀

Change is hard, and I think it’s fair to say most don’t like it. However, having explained the reasons for the change, and the main one being the benefit of programmed sessions for progressive overload Sam got stuck in! 💪🏻

She also attended all 4 of our Super Saturday sessions where we look at 3 Powerlifting movements and the results speak for themselves 👀

Her end of March 3 Rep Max

✅ Back squat 60kg
✅ Deadlift 75kg

To now at the end of December

✅ Back Squat 72.5kg
✅ Deadlift 95kg

That’s a 12% and 26% increase 📈 with both lifts being well above bodyweight - which for us makes her our Elite Lifter 🙌🏻

Of course, I had that great moment when someone say’s “well I have to say, you were right Mike” 😂

Since Judith started with us she has made massive progress, but….

The truth is it could have been easy for her to give up early on… things weren’t moving even with all the effort.

We can’t share everything on here but due to trusting in the process and putting her trust in Karleen everyone can now see the benefits…

I know I’m not the only one that has said to her lately, but quite simply a massive turnaround in her health and a true story of persistence and positivity! ❤️

“the small group training for me, has been the biggest shift” 🙌🏻

Gavin just completed our 6 Week Programme and then joined the club with a Small Group Training membership…

✅ learned about the gym and how to train safely

✅ learned how to balance nutrition with a focus on lifestyle change - sustainability

The majority with kids will know, things aren’t as easy as they used to be and what’s most important is being able to manage your health goals around your family and work life…

Some of our Festive Party Prep 6 Week Programme team 🙌🏻

84.5cm dropped from waist and hips alone… that’s 33 inches in just 6 weeks from the group which equated to around 59 lbs of fat loss 🔥

It was simple….

Improve everyone’s knowledge of Mindset, Movement, Macros and how to apply it in a sustainable way - for lifestyle, for health, for aesthetics and for sanity!

All of these guys now have a healthier approach to fat loss and are truly just getting started with the best possible foundation.

Another busy LIFT session tonight and great to see this far in to December….

A huge difference with a club like ours is usage doesn’t drop dramatically in December, which can be common in commercial facilities.

The reason - connection, community and understanding all providing greater accountability 👊🏽

With all the festivities, your training doesn’t have to suffer. Of course, I think it’s to be accepted many can’t be bothered at this time of year (reasons could be a whole new post) but you still will feel better for getting it done! ✌️

A shout-out to a man who has done exactly what he said he would…

After completing our 6 Week Programme and dropping 14lbs in the process David said he was going to ‘carry on’ back in April…

He’s done just that 🙌🏻 attending 10-12 sessions per month ❤️

With the right introduction to fitness and a better understanding of Mindset Movement Macros this is what lifestyle change looks like 💪🏻

POV: What if you stopped putting off your lifestyle change?

We’ve worked with thousands of clients over the years and many things are common…

I didn’t start because… (add your reason)

I didn’t realise I had so little protein (until I had accountability)

I’ve wanted to learn to lift for ages but… (add your reason)

And of course after getting started… “I wish I done this sooner”!

Our advice for lifestyle change is do it NOW! Even if it’s not perfect or things are quite aligned, making a start is often the biggest challenge.

Once you build momentum, with our support and community you will see just like Kaitlyn here the difference it can make 🙌🏻

Pendlay Rows are performed to build explosive strength and power, primarily in the back 💥

One big difference between this movement and a bent over row is the dead stop at the bottom of each rep. This forces you (when done correctly) to reset your stance and improve your form and stability to allow heavier loads.

Personally, I prefer this movement to a bent over row (although they both have a place) mainly because I find it less taxing on my lower back with resetting each rep as you can see in the video.

Systems over Specifics 👇🏻

Our 90 Day Case Study group are now coming to the end of week 7 and they are crushing it…

They are all following the same system yet are on individual journeys.

You see after working with 1000’s of clients over 10 years we know that ‘specifics’ can get in the way when it comes to mindset…

Is this the most optimal workout?

Should I be doing more cardio?

Maybe I’m not taking the right supplements?

Am I lifting heavy enough?

All genuinely good questions, but things that slow down progress for 95% of people - they start to believe all these things matter more than they do, and then stop applying the system that actually works.

This is where coaching with us is made simple…

Yes, we will take your specific needs in to consideration but first of all we need to look at your ‘life system’.

What’s your default position to a bad day?

How is your relationship with food and exercise?

Do your habits and behaviours match the goal you have?

Although it’s simple to say it, maintaining things is obviously the hardest part and that’s where the relationship between client and coach comes in.

The support that’s needed to stick to the basic principles of Mindset, Movement Macros.

The support to create a ‘life system’ that sticks so you don’t diet again.

So you don’t feel guilt over food choices, and the system that doesn’t have you guessing what programme you should be doing.

In short, the issue for many isn’t the programme, the supplements or the PB not been hit every week but far more to do with outside noise and application of the basics.

It’s not sexy, it doesn’t sell easy but it is evidence based. It does work.

Our 90 Day Group are just another example of how life systems, knowledge and support/accountability should be your number 1️⃣ goal.
