Structured and progressive programmes are designed to improve strength, endurance and metabolic conditioning. Club 300 is an exclusive facility in Perth offering membership for up to 300 people. Emphasis is placed on the personal attention our clients receive, whether this be through our approach to customer service, personal training or one of our 35+ weekly workouts through our unique small Group Training classes. With the latest equipment and all purpose flooring, Club 300 will be the perfect venue for people training in a variety of principles, but who prefer a more exclusive and personal facility.

Huge thank you to our members who stepped up to support the 5km ‘Puddin Race’ for 🙌🏻

What an amazing and well organised event with a tough little 5km route!

Even with the rain and the wind everyone was in great spirits and with runners all getting a Puddin T-Shirt, Simon Howie Haggis, medal, hot soup and sausage rolls after it really made for a great event that I’m sure will be repeated next year!

A few sore legs today I’m sure! 😂

Just two guys looking forward to presenting our first seminar of 2026 - The Confidence Formula 🔥

Shout out to who completed testing week this week on the Build Programme 💪🏻

It’s great to see the see the improvement when you are showing up daily so testing week isn’t about catching people out but giving them some accountability.

At Club 300 we create structure for every day people, whether that’s through our small group coaching programme, our build programme or 1-2-1 coaching programming around injuries or events…

Either way we know all you need to do is turn up, do your best and enjoy the process.

Rachel is just one client this week seeing lots of progress following the Build Programme.

Rachel follows the Build plan all year round with some additional programmes create specifically for her around events. Once the events are done she’s straight back on the build programme…. No more thinking ‘what’s next’ which is something that happens often when one event or programme is complete.

Our next Build Programme phase starts on Monday!

A year of transition…. 🔥

Can’t believe it was this time last year we were getting to work with the renovations… 😮

Following the changes we had over 23,000 visits (our busiest year yet) and over 2000 personal training appointments… 🙌🏻

I know the impact all these sessions have had on people and that’s what makes us proud, and what will drive us to continue to promote lifestyle change over fitness fads. 👊🏽
