What an amazing morning at the NCOC 9.30 group.
One of our lovely ladies got her target award and looks absolutely amazing.
She got to her target weight with losing an incredible 4 stone.
We also gave out an amazing 8 and a half stone award in group with some half stone ones along the way.
Well done everyone so proud of you all.
