🌟🌟Celebrating 20 Years of Outstanding Service 🌟🌟

Today we had the absolute pleasure of celebrating an incredible milestone - 20 years of dedicated service from our much loved Senior Care Assistant Maggie Lamb 👏👏
For two decades Maggie has shown unwavering passion, kindness and reliability , truly living and breathing all five of the Care Concern Groups values every single day.
Maggie’s commitment, warmth and professionalism have made a difference to so many lives . Her dedication and genuine caring nature don’t go unnoticed and we are incredibly proud to have her as part of the Craigieknowes family ❤️
Maggie was presented with a glass engraved trophy , a gift card , chocolates and flowers
Our Head Chef Nick baked a special cake for the occasion 🎂

🁅 Giant floor dominoes 🁅

Have you ever seen a dominoes set of this size? A big thank you to our lovely admin Cecilia for arranging one for us! It brought lots of smiles to our faces😊

Last week we played with the giant dominoes, and it was almost like a workout trying to lift them-so good for our muscle strength! 💪

Yesterday we marked National Scrabble Day with a lively game of Scrabble.

Both sessions were full of laughter and friendly competition. It is always wonderful to see residents taking part in activities that support social engagement and cognitive stimulation. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Another fantastic afternoon full of smiles, lovely music, dancing, and delicious cakes-spent in brilliant company at New Rannoch Day Centre🎶🧁

New Rannoch is a dementia-friendly day centre for older people.

Our residents say that events like these take them back to their younger days, when they used to go dancing every weekend💃🕺🎶

Spring has sprung, and Easter has come!🌸

Wishing you a joyful spring and a blessed Easter!

We’re delighted to share that we have raised £230 in our Easter raffle this year-what a fantastic achievement! Thank you so much to everyone who contributed; your support is truly appreciated.
This will allow us to bring even more entertainment into the home, including a Puppet Gang show next month, which we’re all looking forward to.

Many thanks again to everyone involved, and congratulations to Emmanuel for winning the main prize in the raffle!

🧁☕️Afternoon Tea at Perth High Scool🎼🫖

We were absolutely delighted to be invited to Afternoon Tea at Perth High School yesterday, where we enjoyed a fantastic selection of musical performances - from a wonderful variety of instruments to Highland dancers, singers, and even a wee sing-along - all alongside delicious cakes and refreshments.

Isobel said it was lovely coming back to a classroom for a wee look, as she used to be a teacher back in her working days.

It was a truly lovely afternoon, and we thoroughly enjoyed being entertained by such talented young people. A big thank you to Perth High School for inviting us to such an unforgettable event 🥰

On Friday, we took the opportunity to highlight the importance of good nutrition and hydration in supporting overall wellbeing, as we celebrated Nutrition and Hydration Week with a fantastic range of nutritious and refreshing drinks 🍹🍓🍌🍊
From fresh smoothies to friendly smiles, it’s these small moments that make a big difference for everyone.
In the afternoon, we enjoyed a “happy hour,” with our mocktail and cocktail bar open, bringing even more joy to the day.
A big thank you to everyone involved in making the day such a success 👏
