How is it May already?! I think I blinked and missed April! 🗓

On a more serious note, May is skin cancer awareness month. Before today I knew about the various signs of melanoma but hadn’t come across the ABCDE acronym/method before so thought I’d share it on incase anyone else hadn’t either or purely just as a reminder.

I stayed behind after running an injury clinic tonight to watch the boys play against Breadalbane. Some good football for a 2-0 win, well done boys ⚽️

A nice variety of work (feels hard to call it that when I love it so much!) yesterday with a baby massage class in the afternoon and then first injury clinic of the year for the fair city boys in the evening 🙂👶⚽️

While out on a very exciting business trip today (hopefully be able to share all in the near future 😁) we tied in a walk at the impressive Falls of Clyde.

As a result of this my phone thinks I’ve climbed 35 flights of stairs today 😂

It has been brought to our attention that there is almond oil within this certain line of Nivea Kids.

It is not clear at all that this product contains nuts unless you know the Latin names (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil). Please be aware when buying sun products for home or nursery.

Yesterday marked the end of one of my Milnathort baby massage class blocks. I was so so touched to receive these beautiful flowers and a lovely card (that I will treasure) from one of the mums at the end of the class. Thank you so much Sophie and Isla, you made my day and I loved having you in class 🙂 🌸
