I love coming down to The Cocoon Room and preparing the space for clients. This looks like setting up the couch with fresh linens, burning some essential oils to create a relaxing fragrance, spending 15 minutes in meditation clearing my energy; this is an important part of my practice as it helps to ground my energy and settle my nervous system and the environment, and sets the right intention for you and your healing. ✨CLIENT TESTIMONIAL – REIKI✨
Audrey came to me whilst recovering from a Hip operation. She had also experienced a lot of grief from losing loved ones the year before and this had a negative affect on her mental health.

Because Audrey was still recovering from a major operation I didn’t want to disturb any joints/muscles etc around the healing site, so I suggested Reiki Energy Healing, as this is a more gentle form of complementary therapy with minimal touch to the body. Helping the mind relax allowing the nervous system to drop into parasympathetic (rest & digest) mode, supporting it’s own healing ability. 🧘‍♂️

Once Audrey regains normal motility in her hip, we will add in foot Reflexology which will be great for supporting circulation and restoring balance to the body as a whole.

“Michelle is an amazing person, full of care and compassion… thorough examination and she relieved my pain so much by Reiki (I had a total hip replacement 4 weeks ago… my stomach was in bits with all painkillers, my hip was sore as day went on. Michelle’s treatment relieved my tender bloated stomach and allowed me to sleep through fully. Normally up 2-5 every morning due to being uncomfortable as only allowed on back. I have now updated the booking system to include Saturday bookings at Bankfoot - these will be the second and third Saturdays of the month along with every Monday.

I will be at Perth Yoga Studio the first & last Saturday of the month.

You will see the location of your booking when you select the date, before you secure your booking.
