Just a quick note to say there is NO YOGA this weekend or next weekend (Sunday 7th and Sunday 14th December) due to the hall being in use and me being away.

I am back for the last and only session in December for the year on Sunday, 21st December 2025, which will be Christmas themed if you wish to participate! 🎄🧘🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♂️

This is a reminder that this weekend is my mini yogashoot event in Wittering Parish Hall from 10.15am - 12.30pm

My usual Sunday morning class is happening from 9am - 10am on Sunday too if you are planning to come to class as normal.

This time next Sunday is my yogashoot mini event at the Wittering Parish Hall! 🧘🏻‍♀️📸🤸‍♂️

SATURDAY MORNING YOGA, 15TH NOV 25! 🧘🏻‍♀️

Soooo my usual Sunday morning yoga class is not available next Sunday, 16th Novembe 2025, due to the hall being in use....⛪️

HOWEVER! I am going to do the class on Saturday, 15th Novemeber 2025 instead. 🤸🏻‍♀️

Maybe this works better for some people? Come give it a go and see how you find it! 🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♀️

If it does work well, I might even look to see if i can continue Saturday mornings and do it more of a energising Hatha flow and Sunday morning will be a relaxing, slower type of Hatha flow. 🧘🏻‍♀️

There is no yoga this Sunday due to Remebrance Sunday.

There is no yoga on Sunday 16th November due to the hall being in use again.

HOWEVER, I am going to run the class on Saturday 15th November instead! You can book this on my website below.

And lastly, if you havent seen i am running a short yogashoot event on the 23rd November after my usual Sunday morning class which is intended to get some photos for my website plus a short relaxation practice and some tea and cake at the end! The event is free of charge and is a great way to meet new people and ask me anything about yoga. Im looking for a range of people to attend from men/women/children/elderly etc. The more the merrier!
