The seed of a thought that pushes you forward to research and gain understanding.

In your research, you should also look for sustainable habits.
That research brings the wisdom and the lightbulb moments.

These moments lead to a plan.
If the plan is too complex, you won't be consistent.

The plan remains just a dream unless you take action.

You won't take action unless you have connected all of these with a deep and meaningful 'Why'.

Your 'Why 'Is the motivation to get started and keep going.

Why 14th July-
This would have been my grandma's 139th birthday! She lived a long life (91yrs) for someone born in 1885 and was relatively healthy until the last 5 years of her life. Hats off to granny Hayward and I hope I live as long or longer like my mum. In fact this is my wish for you all.

Soulful Sunday

Today I am taking stock.
I am making a list of all the things that are currently causing me stress and anxiety both work and personal.

Then I will consider which ones I can actually do something about and what and when.
From this I will create a prioritised list of things to do.

I do this with some trepidation because I recognise I am in a state teetering on the brink of total overwhelm.

BUT I know from training and experience that this will be the pivot point of taking control again and living the life I desire.

No.1 A good breakfast. Homemade granola, a spoon of yogurt, blueberries just a few, the obligatory cuppa and a little milk to help wash the grains down.
