Huge respect and heartfelt thanks to the 23 men who showed incredible bravery by walking through the doors at ANDYSMANCLUB Peterborough last night.

KNOWLEDGE IS JUST THE BEGINNING!

The seed of a thought that pushes you forward to research and gain understanding.

In your research, you should also look for sustainable habits.
That research brings the wisdom and the lightbulb moments.

These moments lead to a plan.
If the plan is too complex, you won't be consistent.

The plan remains just a dream unless you take action.

You won't take action unless you have connected all of these with a deep and meaningful 'Why'.

Your 'Why 'Is the motivation to get started and keep going.
