The things we do to stop stress and anxiety often make it worse.

Trying to “get rid of” anxiety keeps your nervous system on high alert. What we resist, persists.

The solution:
Instead of fighting the feeling, allow it to be there without trying to fix it.

2 Living on short-term relief
Caffeine, scrolling, distractions, pushing through exhaustion they help for minutes, but train your body to stay stressed long-term.
