Reading this article, I’ve noticed that I too started holding my breath. We are completely interconnected with nature and these findings should mobilise us all towards protecting our precious planet. In current geopolitical climate it is becoming harder and harder.

What a lovely evening at an inSpiral FireCircle last night hosting a social event for my EMDR peer supervision group. It was really nice to get to know my colleagues a bit more beyond the “office”. And a time to share in a very stimulating discussion about our experiences of EMDR practice, poetry and beyond. The sweetcorn and potatoes in the hot ambers turned out really yummy, too.

This beautiful spot was my little niche for my overnight vigil on Wednesday at the Shining Cliff. What a wonderful deeply moving experience dancing in the stream by moonlight, connecting with Gaia while feeling very supported by the warm of the communal fire and the beat of the drum. Bringing back some very special red beads. Big thanks to the Forest, the stream and the lovely woodland people who journeyed with me throughout the Becoming Ecological course over the past year 💚🌳🪾

It’s been 7 years since our “Therapy Dog” Patrick has chosen us at the breeders. Some of my clients, especially the young ones, find it comforting to have Patrick in the session to rub his fur while talking. And Patrick is always happy to join in.
