When Michael King comes to town, you show up.

And our R3FORM community did exactly that. What a brilliant Saturday spent on the reformer learning, moving, and refining the craft of Pilates with one of the industry’s legends. From cueing and breathwork to those tiny adjustments that make a huge difference in class, it was a day full of insight, laughter, and a lot of very happy (and slightly wobbly) legs.

A huge thank you to Michael for sharing his knowledge and inspiring our instructors and members alike. Days like this remind us why we love what we do.

What a day ❤️

R3FORM Live with Michael King brought together an incredible community for a full day of Reformer, Pilates and Barre.

Movement, learning, laughter and a room full of passionate instructors and members all sharing the same love for Pilates.
