Our residents at The Grove Care Home have kicked off January in the best way, with a little help from Be Great Fitness💪✨

Everyone enjoyed a gentle exercise session led by Bailey, moving at their own pace while chatting and reminiscing about past hobbies and favourite sports along the way. There were plenty of smiles and great memories shared.🏡🎾🏑
