Yesterday my little business turned 7!!!
I missed it because I’ve been away learning something really exciting. I will share with you all soon once it’s ready to go.

About me

I was a keen runner and a Post Lady by trade so I was extremely active and fit. In September 2016 I suffered a debilitating injury on my left ankle which was misdiagnosed for 4 months until I was sent for an MRI Scan. In May 2017, 8 months after my injury, I finally had a peroneal tendon and ligament repair along with a ganglion extraction. I had an injury that changed my life overnight! This resulted in months of rehab and medical retirement.

And so I retrained!

I am now a fully qualified level 4 Sports Massage Therapist. I think that my injury and personal journey since having my injury make me a more empathetic and sympathetic therapist. I can relate to others on that level because I have personally lived it. I have a passion for helping others on their injury journey and to help alleviate their pain and suffering.

Sports massage is not only for sports injuries. Anyone with a dysfunction, muscular pain, soft tissue or connective tissue problem can be helped.
