Together with my specialised physiotherapy skills and 22 years clinical experience, I aim to help my patients achieve their treatment goals.

I joined Prestons Health in Peterborough in May 2021 and work alongside three talented physiotherapists At Kuur, I belong to a team of highly specialised physiotherapists working in a modern clinic equipped with the latest specialist devices. We strive to provide our patients with the best level of care so that they can accomplish their physiotherapy goals.

Delighted to follow the girls to where they performed with The Dance Academy. Couldn’t resist a long awaited return to Paris beautiful Paris before racing back for an intense 3 days of high thrill rides. We matched the kids for the number of rides we went on until closing time

Moments like these make you stop in your tracks & reflect on life so far. We now only have one child left in primary school. Another one leaves for secondary school having started the journey in Switzerland as a French speaking 4 year old; then years in the middle now finishing in England. He’s ready for it- I’m still getting my head around it #11

La traversée international du Léman à la nage completed on Saturday - an adventure of an open water swim starting in Lausanne Switzerland 🇨🇭 and finishing in Evian Les Bains France 🇫🇷

Over 200 swimmers competed into what turned out to be a survival of endurance & sighting for shore with no real sighting landmarks. The buoys were moving off course & Lake Geneva is one of the largest lakes in Europe. I had the great fortune to find a group of Irish ☘️ swimmers who I stuck with - we were like an orientation team in parts trying to work out what direction to go in - forever grateful that I didn’t swim off course like many. It is a 13km expanse of water- we swam over 14 km and some recorded 17km.

Nearly 10 years to the day, we had the good fortune to move to Lake Geneva. It was such a nostalgic race to swim. Glad I’ve got the medal & don’t need to do that again

It’s mind over matter for me. Only the 3rd time on this bike since we left Dubai. A more bumpy ride, a few vans to avoid but still the same feel good factor on dismount. I should do it more often.

I managed to persuade only one child to come swimming with me. It was dry when we left, raining when I was pushed into the pool (the bribery to make her join me), sunny after 1500m & hailstones on the drive home. I loved it- the novelty of an outdoor pool will never leave me & it’s my happy place because I think of all the pools, lakes and oceans that I’ve swam in before & all my amazing lovely swimming friends

First lake swim of the season . It appears that there is still Dubai blood flowing in my viens because the first 2 minutes were panic breathing to adjust to 15’ temperature but then it was amazing & stayed in nearly 2 hours. Feeling alive now (and famished)

That’s our boy….great experience for them to play at The Posh & this is them equalising against a really talented all girls team. I love watching girls play football! A sporting day including our first junior park run netball at Stamford league then Peterborough tournament.

Celebrating our Irishness in another country. St Patrick’s Day makes me cook Irish stew which was thankfully enjoyed with company - great to be connected to new friends in new places but remembering where we are from

In my job, I am always advising my patients on the huge health benefits of movement, and how to move to treat their symptoms. Yesterday I went with my daughters to and as a newbie ‘dance mum’ felt completely out of my comfort zone but really enjoyed watching the professionals doing what they do best- so much energy going on in there!

Happy Birthday to my favourite 13 year old. Now officially parenting a teenager (although it feels like that started a year ago). You made me a mother- you’ve grown and transformed me. I feel enormously privileged to be in this position- to share life experiences, travels, countries lived, new adventures with you….you challenge me to be my best self. Looking forward to the next chapter

Last time all of us went to an ulster rugby match, I was pushing a pram & entertaining a toddler in a random rural French town . Twice over Now we find ourselves in and it’s all a very different experience

Starting the new year as we mean to go on, making the most of the brighter winter days & enjoying the new Christmas presents. The x box is being used a lot too so trying hard to find a balance between the more sedentary activities of devices, Netflix & log fires & getting outdoors
