Great week so far, EPFA on monday in Bedford, absolutely lovely group. Day at home playing with a new bed, not yet complete, then cheeky EFAW yesterday in Oxford, 6 staff with some amazing questions, a lovely day, now 2 days off, office and some me time, before a trip to King's Lynn to deliver a Paediatric first aid course. Nice balanced week.

Another lovely week: delivered a 2 day fawr for instructors, on behalf of Nuco Training Academy nice and local, quick trip to Paddock Wood Thursday night, ready to deliver an EFAW Friday. Nice end to the week with half a day to complete an EFAW with trauma on behalf of KeepaBeat First Aid Hertfordshire

Great end to the week, delivering pt1 of an efaw to volunteers. The weekb started in Hemel with 3 days teaching an FAWR, and a trauma course to instructors, followed by an EFAW in Chelmsford, on behalf of KeepaBeat First Aid Hertfordshire, with Friday's EFAW and travel to Stoneleigh, on behalf of Pragmatic Consulting. Busy but very rewarding with some amazing comments, now for a perusal around Ely

Great week delivering a new instructors course in Hemel Hempstead, on behalf of NUCO Training, meeting some amazing new trainers. Now for R&R, which may include a festival, with friends, starting the garden and a lie in tomorrow😉

Great week, and balance. EFAW monday on behalf of JBS Contracting, had a giggle. 2 days spent delivering a first aid for Mental health, organised by Dom Greenwood, for Thurlow Nunn, refreshing to have so much buy in from the delegates, great team. Lazy day yesterday, with a little bit of work, today dropped off my little car for brakes, nice 2.5 walk home, to clear the cobwebs. Office today, and to finish cambridge tonight candlelight concerts, bridgerton themed

Thats a wrap on a busy week, fawr instructor update colchester, EFAW Ely Cathedral, FAWR instructors update lincoln and today in Welwyn for cheeky 4 hour course for church members. Received some amazing feedback this week, and now ready for weekend to start.

Lovely groups and some nice diversity in experiences and industry. Now for a weekend, no plans, for a change
