New Road Safety Strategy: What Fleet Operators Need to Know

Last week, the Department for Transport released its most significant Road Safety Strategy in over a decade. If you run vehicles or have people driving for work, this matters.

The Big Aim:

Cut road deaths & serious injuries by 65% by 2035

Reduce child road injuries by 70%

For fleets, this means higher scrutiny, stronger expectations, and less tolerance for weak controls.

We started Friday with a lovely team meeting, a great way to reflect on the year and the people who have made it such a success.

On Saturday, we enjoyed a brilliant Christmas party together, the perfect way to round off a fantastic year and say thank you to an incredible team.

Wishing all our Flagship Partners customers, suppliers and connections a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2026.

A big thank you for all your support this year and we look forward to making you safer, greener and greater next year too.

Please note that we will be closing on Christmas Eve and reopening on Friday, 2nd January.

As we approach the end of the year, we would like to thank all our clients for their continued support. We wish you a wonderful Christmas and a restful, enjoyable break.

A quick update from us regarding our festive opening hours: Our phone lines, available on 0330 055 3643, will be open on Wednesday 24th December. We will be closed from 25th December through to 1st January. The phone line will be available again on 2nd January, and we will return to the office on 5th January, when normal business operations will resume.

Thank you once again for your support throughout the year. We look forward to working with you in the new year.
