⛅LIGHT IN THE DARKER MONTHS⛅

As the dark nights draw in we all need some light in our lives...

For just short of 4,000 men every week, some of that light comes from ANDYSMANCLUB Sessions.

Every Monday at 7pm, excluding bank hols, these men gather and get the issues facing them in day to day life off their chest in a safe, non-judgemental space.

Whether it is a bad day at work, relationship trouble, trauma or any issue - you can talk it through with us at AMC and find your light 💡

Focused on Teens (Forward Focused Hypnotherapy) is merging with Greenacres Health.

Existing patrons will already know that when you visit us we are based at Greenacres Chiropractic Centre. The phones have been answered as Greenacres Chiropractic Centre which can be confusing to newbies. So, with one name but still the same number of services, I can now announce that as of next week 1st March 2022 we will become Greenacres Health.
One name, less confusion but still the great service that you have all come to expect. (Sssh ... in fact it will most liekly be better because, this makes the administration more stream lined, giving me more time to Focus on You).
The new website will launch 1st March to reflect these changes and I hope that Facebook will allow me to merge Greenacres Chiropractic, Forward Focus Hypnotherapy and Focused on Teens pages to ensure a faultless experience for you all.

I would often by instinct not learning, use the word 'resistance ' to describe my Son's behaviour and pray that he would be more accepting by reframing his lot. Peter Sage speaks about resistance and how acceptance can not just get you through life adversity but to be the best version of you. In essence learning from what life throws at us. Enjoy this talk. Well worth it.
